Water Chestnut and Ginkgo Sweet Soup

Ingredients (2servings)

Fresh ginkgo  30g

Water chestnut  6pcs

Unsweetened soy milk  2cups

 

Methods:

  1. Rinse, peel and dice the water chestnuts.
  2. Pour soy milk into a pot and add the fresh ginkgo and water chestnuts, Stew for 1 hour or cook in a pot for 5-8 minutes.
