HKOS has successfully conducted a professional foundation course series on Advanced Obesity Management, organized by the Hong Kong Doctors Union (HKDU). 

The three‑module course equipped members with advanced knowledge of obesity pathophysiology, lifespan management, and related comorbidities.

Over three sessions, the course covered: on 3 December 2025, Physiopathology of Obesity and Its Complications by Dr. Yuen Mae Ann Michele (Endocrinology); on 20 January 2026, Management of Obesity Across the Lifetime by Dr. See Wing Shan Queenie (Paediatrics); and on 12 February 2026, Relationship of Obesity with MASLD and MASH by Dr. Mak Lung Yi Loey (Gastroenterology).
