Italian Minestrone

Ingredients (2servings, 100kcal)
Carrot 1pc
Onion 1/2pc
Celery 1bunch
Tomato 1pc
Seasonings
Salt 1/2tsp
Corn oil 1/2tsp
Black pepper 1pinch
Parsley 1pinch
Methods:
- Rinse, peel and dice all vegetables.
- Stir-fry the onion in oil until golden brown, gradually add in carrot, celery and tomato.
- Slowly pour 1-2 cups of water to the pot. Simmer under low heat for 3-5 minutes.
- Season with ground black pepper and salt. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
