Yunnan Mixian with Shredded Pork

Ingredients (1serving, 300kcal)

Mixian  1pack

Fresh beancurd sheet  1pc

Shredded pork  60g

Bean sprouts  50g

Yunnan pickled cabbage  30g

Shredded red chili  1tbsp

Chick broth  200ml



  1. Rinse ingredients and drain.
  2. Blanch the mixian, beancurd sheet, pork and sprouts then drain.
  3. Cook the Yunnan pickled cabbage in a pot of chicken broth for 2 1/2minutes.
  4. Reheat mixian, beancurd sheet, pork and sprouts in the broth for 1 1/2minutes. Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with the shredded red chili.

Mixian is lower in fat and energy as compared to instant noodles.
